Work from Home Customer Service Representative (Mandarin) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Tamron Infinite Selangor - Maukerja

Must be able working 6 days - Monday - Saturday

Candidates must possess at least a SPM /DIPLOMA in any related field.

Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. and Mandarin (preferably).

Preferably those with experience in the logistic field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Words, etc).

Good interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and can work in a team as well as independently.

Able to start work immediately (training will be provided).

To provide administrative support

MUST BE ABLE TO REPLY AND WRITE IN MANDARIN, WE MAINLY USING WECHAT AND WHATSAPP

To handle daily administrative duties such as customer registration, answering phone calls, responding to messages, and emails, scheduling delivery schedule for agent’s customers and remark notes if any special request

To ensure proper document filing for all related files.

To engage and build a good relationship with agencies/corporate agencies forces.

To maintain a good and respectful relationship and liaise with other departments regarding agency-related matters.
