This position is responsible for assisting the team in the planning, creation, execution, and optimization of the Company’s administrative tasks to aid daily operation of the Company including processing and recording operational data, documentation, systematic filing, customer support and other duties as needed. You will be assigned to handle small projects in various functions, including but not limited to Human Resources, Finance, Customer Relations, Media Communication, Package Forwarding and other departments deemed necessary to provide you a professional industry experience during this internship program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the team to carry out administrative duties as per Company’s business operation and requirements
- Organize operational data entry into the system, maintaining files and documents, and assist with the meeting minutes and compilation of work reports
- Assist the team to provide support to the Company’s marketing and sales department, which includes act as a customer support representative, documentation and reporting
- Learn people skills and technical skills such as basic administrative duties, work reporting, decision making, multi-tasking, team work, communication and positive working attitudes
- Carry out other administrative duties as per Company’s business operation, or any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Open to local students in any of the following areas of studies: Business Administration, Business Studies, Human Resource, Entrepreneurship, Business eCommerce, Logistics & Transportation or related field
- Internship period is at least 4 months period
- Willingness to learn more about digital marketing in the logistics and supply chain industry and adapt quickly to the working pace
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior working experience in related industry will be an advantage to adapt with the given tasks
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic data entry process
- Required skill(s): Data entry skills, customer communication skills, Computer and applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Docs and Slides, Forms, Email, Social Media
- Preferred skill(s): Graphic & digital design using Canva, photo & video editing skills, copywriting skills
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
