JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Read the log book and take action for each problem.
2. Understanding the billet quality problem and get the solution to improve quality.
3. Discuss the daily problems which include the worker discipline with the engineer.
4. Examine the mould life and do planning to change if necessary.
5. Discuss with every shift supervisor about any new information to improve production liability.
6. Inform and discuss with mechanical and electrical department if the machine got any problem.
7. Record the life of each tundish and breakout.
8. Order the daily use material to replace the old or broken part.
9. Arrange the shift router for each month.
10. Replace any of the shift supervisor who on leave or sick.
11. Get approval from engineer for each worker about the issues like attendances, overtime, leave, sick leave and send it to HR department for counting the salary.
12. Arrange and give the task for each worker before PM Day.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Must possess at least PM or equivalent to minimum 3 years' experience.
2. Must be able to work in dusty and heat environment.
3. Willing to work in shift schedule.
Production supervisors coordinate, plan and direct manufacturing and production processes. They are responsible for reviewing production schedules or orders as well as dealing with staff in these production areas.

- Ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and achieving quality and safety standards.
- Ensure full adherence to 5S (Sort, Set-In-Order, Shine, Standardized, Sustain) practices at all times.
- Ensure all records are completed appropriately.
- Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated.
- Ensure smooth operation an achievement of production throughput against stated capacity targets and team are aware of day to day targets and responsibilities.
- Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalence.
- At least 2 years experiences in production control.

- Able to work with minimum supervision and shift.
