Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in corporate or commercial legal matters.

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate and commercial laws.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Experience in handling technology, employment, or compliance-related matters will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

• Ensure the Company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Handle legal documentation relating to employment, partnerships, vendors, customers, and business operations.

• Liaise with external lawyers, regulators, government authorities, and relevant parties when necessary.

• Assist in managing disputes, claims, and legal risks.

• Conduct legal research and keep the Company updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments.

• Support management on ad hoc legal and corporate matters.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of legal records.
