• He/she welcomes and assists the Guest during the arrival, with professionalism and in the respect for Attitudes and behaviour of Club Med • He/she is available to provide to the Guest the service corresponding to the Club Med standards • He/she helps the Reception team in the elementary tasks • Welcome the guest during arrival and greet them at first • Transport carefully the luggage of the guest to the room • Look for the missing luggage and inform manager is any. • Inform the Guest about the luggage in dispute • Inform the Guest about the program of their stay / and other information needed • Be involve in the elementary tasks of the Reception • Manage the first aid kits • Pass on and make the follow-up of comments, complaints and interventions • Write all incidents on the directive book • Manage lost property • Inform the Guest about the activities, the services and the schedules • Inform and notify the Guest on all the aspects related to the Hygiene and in the Safety • Apply Quali signs of the reception

Requirements : 1. Women (18-45 Years) 2. PMR / SPM 3. Basic Vehicles knowledge 4. Had experience in Marketing & Sales 5. Confident 6. Willing to learns 7. Hardworking 8.
