Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR and administration.

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Experience in property industry will be added value.

Tanggungjawab

  • Monitor and respond promptly to all official company emails to ensure timely communication and coordination.
  • Manage office petty cash, including disbursement, record-keeping, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Provide support and guidance to agents on various operational matters such as ERP system usage, stamping procedures, training schedules, and general enquiries.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring complete registration and smooth integration into the company.
  • Conduct ERP system demonstrations and coordinate examination sessions for new agents during Module 1 training.
  • Manage new joiner registration for the Seremban branch, including updating the master list and coordinating name card printing.
  • Coordinate with branch administrators for uniform distribution and handling courier-related matters.
  • Administer BOARD-related processes such as new REN (Real Estate Negotiator) registration, renewals, reassignments, terminations, and associated issues.
  • Organize registration for the Negotiators Certification Course (NCC) and facilitate the collection of certification documents.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and vendors for services including agency apparel, booking forms, photography, and other administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with freelance designers and oversee content management for the company’s official Facebook page.
  • Prepare official letters and documentation including travel approvals, agent appointment and termination letters, reminders, notices, and other ad hoc communications.
  • Manage all aspects of "Powerful Thursday" events, including material preparation (e.g., certificate printing), attendee coordination, and special arrangements for award recipients.
  • Compile and present quarterly agent performance reports for management review and evaluation.
  • Oversee the tenancy management of properties under the company’s portfolio. 
  • Review and update the agency handbook periodically to ensure alignment with current policies and practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting initial screenings and interviews.
  • Plan and organize company events such as Powerful Thursday, annual dinners, CSR initiatives, internal training, and team-building activities.
