Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidate follow-up
Explore and identify suitable hiring channels, job portals, universities, and internship opportunities to support talent acquisition efforts
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documents, orientation arrangements, and record updates
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring proper document organization
Support procurement administration, purchase requests, office supplies monitoring, and vendor documentation filing
Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain physical and digital documents for compliance and operational purposes
Support filing, data entry, report preparation, and administrative record management
Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting minutes (MoM), and follow up on assigned action items
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal training sessions, and company events
Support daily office administration and ensure proper maintenance of administrative records and procedures
Perform other HR, administrative, and operational support duties assigned by the management team
