• At least professional certification and above in HR/ Finance / Accountancy / Banking or related field.

• At least 3 years of payroll experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft office, in particular Microsoft excel.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance (Malaysia preferred).

• Experience in BPO/HR outsourcing is an advantage.

• Proficient in payroll systems and HRIS.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Summary of Job Role

Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for HR outsourcing clients. This role combines hands-on payroll expertise with team leadership.

Job Description

• Responsible to perform the full spectrum of payroll functions such as processing wages, statutory submission, annual tax filing, payroll adjustments, and other related matters.

• Review and approve payroll outputs in accordance to agreed protocol, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage annual payroll activities including EA Form preparation/review and Form E submission.

• Act as escalation point for complex payroll issues and client's queries.

• Ensure compliance with up to date statutory regulations and support audits.

• Maintain data accuracy in payroll/HRIS systems.

• Drive process improvements.

• Cross collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

• Prepare payroll reports, analysis, and support financial reconciliation.

• Perform ad-hoc work when assigned.
