Requirements
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining equipment, and liaising with vendors.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones, screening calls, responding to emails, and managing mail distribution.
Perform accurate and timely data entry for various records, reports, and databases, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries professionally.
Implement and maintain effective organizational systems for filing, record-keeping, and information retrieval.
Support the HR department with basic administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, record maintenance, and event coordination.
Proactively identify and resolve office-related issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
Coordinate and facilitate company events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and attendee communication.
Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across the organization.
