Kelayakan

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the system promptly.

  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the sales team.

  • Assist salesman with inquiries and provide basic product information, escalating complex issues to the appropriate sales representative.

  • Manage and organize sales collateral, marketing materials, and other relevant documentation.

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Ensure all sales-related documentation is filed correctly and is easily retrievable.

  • Understand all products offered by the company, including their features, benefits, and FAQs.
