• Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to keep physical and digital files systematically organized.

1. Daily Operations & Schedule Management

• Manage daily correspondence, emails, and calendars to optimize team schedules.
• Communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with internal and external parties.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) for document preparation and email communication.

2. General Admin & Information Management

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into various reports, databases, and administrative systems.
• Assist in the preparation of basic reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure high attention to detail in maintaining organized filing systems and digital records.
• Coordinate straightforward travel arrangements for management and staff.

3. Workflow & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate logistics and documentation with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks from start to completion.
• Prioritize workloads effectively to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks promptly using strong problem-solving skills.
