Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.

  • 1–3 years working experience in admin, stock or operations support

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Sheets

  • Bonus if you’ve handled GRN, inventory, or purchasing paperwork

  • Able to communicate in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus to handle imported goods suppliers)

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, can work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Job Details:

  • Location: Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day week, flexible schedule)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Key in GRNs (Goods Received Notes) in system or mobile

  2. Organize & scan supplier invoices and related documents

  3. Support purchasing admin: price updates, barcode records, new item codes

  4. Follow up with suppliers for documents, returns, or price changes

  5. Assist in import stock receiving and item checking with warehouse

  6. General filing and admin coordination for operations
