Job Description

Requirements

  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge

  • Good in mathematics and calculation

  • Responsible & hardworking

  • Able to work independently

  • Experience is an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Assist daily operation activities

  • Handle stock checking and inventory updates

  • Handle staff punch card and record clock-in & clock-out attendance

  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and management team

  • Prepare documentation such as issuing Purchase Order (PO), checking and receiving goods, and issue Goods Received Note (GRN)

  • Assist in packing, labeling, and arrangement when required

  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

  • Ensure workplace cleanliness and proper filing
