Good in Cantonese as will be liaising with Hong Kong.

Responsible for sales administration and general support to the sales department head.

Sales Coordination process order entries, liaising with vendors, renewal orders, provide price quotations and assist with deal registration.

Assist in data reporting and analysis to the management team.

Handle day-to-day clerical duties.

Maintain close relationships with potential clients.

Communicate closely and cooperate with different internal departments (Admin Department, Logistics Department, Engineer team, Cloud Team).

Handle ad-hoc duties assigned.
