Job Description

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Able to communicate with customers

  • Responsible and willing to learn

  • Able to work independently

  • Good attitude and teamwork

  • Experience is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up

  • Prepare and organize documents

  • Key in customer information

  • Assist with daily office operations

  • Coordinate customer appointments and simple admin tasks

  • Support the team when needed
