Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operational support, or retail support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word.
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, meticulous, with excellent communication and follow-up skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Language (Essential): Must be able to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with diverse stakeholders and vendors).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team, focusing on non-operational decision-making processes.
  • Serve as a point of support for retail outlets, assisting with operational needs and administrative tasks on-site when required.
  • Manage data entry, maintain accurate records, and organize documentation efficiently.
  • Proactively follow up on pending tasks and action items to ensure timely completion.
