Requirements
Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records.
Basic understanding of office management principles and practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies relevant to administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy, updating databases and spreadsheets as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the management team.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary, ensuring the office is adequately stocked.
Provide general administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating events.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately.
Support the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures.
