Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a sales administration or clerical role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales records and processing orders.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.

  • Prepare sales reports and presentations.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Maintain and update customer databases.

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.

  • Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.
