Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related disciplines.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or business support roles.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Experience in report preparation and data management is preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong reporting and data management skills.
Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
Familiarity with Google Workspace is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Reporting & Performance Administration
Prepare and update Leader Promotion Reports.
Compile Monthly Ranking Reports and Team Production Reports.
Assist in preparing royalty, overriding, campaign, incentive, and operational reports.
Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
Maintain and organize operational records and databases.
Agent Services & Operational Support
Handle agent inquiries and operational requests professionally and promptly.
Assist agents with operational processes and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
Escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
CTOS Administration
Process CTOS account registrations for negotiators.
Maintain and update CTOS-related records.
Monitor account status and provide support to agents regarding CTOS matters.
Office Administration & Property Management
Coordinate office maintenance and repair matters.
Liaise with building management, service providers, and vendors.
Monitor office facilities, equipment, internet services, printers, and utilities.
Assist in tenancy administration, office upkeep, and renewal matters.
Ensure a conducive and well-maintained working environment.
Event & Recognition Programme Support
Coordinate administrative arrangements for Winning Monday sessions.
Verify certificates and presentation materials.
Assist with monthly awards, campaigns, incentive programmes, and company events.
Provide operational support during company functions and activities.
Documentation & Communication
Prepare memos, announcements, official letters, and operational communications.
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
Assist in updating operational forms, templates, and records.
Ensure operational information is accurate and properly communicated.
Branch Operations Support
Support branch administrators and operational teams on daily operational matters.
Follow up on outstanding operational requests and issues.
Assist in maintaining operational standards and compliance requirements.
General Operations Support
Assist in improving operational efficiency and processes.
Support operational projects and initiatives assigned by management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the COO, CEO, or Operations Department.
