Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.

  • Data entry and updating information in company systems.

  • Manage filing systems (physical and digital).

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and reports.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Support management with administrative duties and special assignments.
