Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or after-sales support is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience using Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social media.
Process warranty claims, product exchanges, repairs, and after-sales service requests.
Verify warranty eligibility according to company policies.
Coordinate with the warehouse, service team, and suppliers to resolve warranty issues.
Follow up with customers regarding claim status until completion.
Record and maintain accurate customer service and warranty claim records.
Prepare warranty reports and administrative documentation.
Assist in issuing replacement orders, refund requests, and service reports.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Support general administrative duties and filing.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
