Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
Traits: High attention to detail, punctual, and strong organizational skills.
Language: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin skill is a +).
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of admin experience are welcome to apply.

Office Management: Oversee daily administrative tasks, data entry, and filing.
Documentation: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, prepare invoices, and manage office supplies.
Team Support: Coordinate internal schedules and assist management with basic documentation.
Front Desk: Greet visitors and handle basic phone or email inquiries professionally.
